A thief broke into Mr. Somchai's house and stole a TV.
           Mr. Somchai has house insurance that include coverage on  Theft.
           Mr. Somchai report the incident to insurer's claim department to claim the damage on his door caused by the break-in and a stolen TV
           The Insurer sent claim adjuster to inspect the house and discuss the claim amount with Mr. Somchai
           They agreed on the amount of door repair but disagree on the amount of the stolen TV.
           The claim adjuster "Since your TV is quite old and you're not satisfy with the amount we offer you, we will replace your TV with the same brand, same model, same color and same year. Is it OK?"
            Mr. Somchai "If that is your system, I want to cancel my wife's insurance !"
